Residents please be advised that the you may hear what sounds like a random gun fire coming from an agricultural "Crop Cannon"

Local farmers located in the Town of Randall may deploy a motion sensing pneumatic drive Crop Cannon to deter Black Birds, Raccoons, Deer, and other wildlife from eating the farmers sweet corn crop.

The farmers report that the duration for the deployment will continue through the month of August.
